Shipping We generally use Australia Post as they are the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you. For both Domestic and International orders this usually means that we do not have tracking numbers for your parcels. If you would like your package to be trackable please contact us for a quote sales@littlequiltstore.com.au. We try to ship all orders the day we receive them, we ship them in good faith but cannot be held responsibile for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control. International Customers Overseas shipments can sometimes take additional time so please be patient, we ask that you wait a minimum of 21 working days before contacting us to check the date we shipped the package to you. Import Duty/Customs Duty We cannot be held responsible for any additional import/customs fees or taxes, customs duty, import tax, handling fees, etc. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms for you.
