Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision...please read all descriptions carefully. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Little Quilt Store in the original condition, suitable for re-sale, with all the original packaging intact and within 21 days of purchase. If you have a problem or query please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find a satisfactory solution.
We generally use Australia Post as they are the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you. For both Domestic and International orders this generally means that we do not have tracking numbers for your parcels. If you would like your package to be trackable please contact us for a quote email@example.com.
Currently we are shipping goods on Monday's, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
*Express Post ie.: if you select Express Post for any domestic package after 3.3pm on Thursday your package will not ship until the following Friday.
We ship them in good faith but cannot be held responsibile for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.
